CAR RENTAL TERMS

Minimum driver age is 21 years old. The reason for that is because insurance companies don't cover younger ages on rental cars.

The client is obliged to respect traffic laws and is responsible to pay any ticket they might get due to violations.

The first extra driver is free of charge.

Client shall be liable for the full value of damage to the Lessor Company vehicle, however, the Client by marking the suitable box can reduce the liability to 900€ with the obligation to pay an amount that mentioned in our price list with (Collision Damage Waiver), or by marking the suitable box to pay an additional amount that covers full value of damage (Full Damage Waiver), any damage on tires, windshield, windows, and underneath the car are not covered in both causes.

The insured Customer by marking the suitable box, agrees to pay an additional fee per day, to waive his responsibility from theft or loss of the Vehicle, in accordance with the current tariff and the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.

The insured Customer by marking the suitable box, agrees to pay an additional fee per day in accordance with the current tariff, and by doing so accepts the terms of the Open Personal Accident Policy arranged by the lessor.

If the booking cancellation takes place: 30 or more days prior the client's arrival date we offer a full refund (other expenses will be paid by the client eg bank transfer expenses). 29 to 15 days prior the client's arrival date we offer a 50% refund (other expenses will be paid by the client eg bank transfer expenses). 14 or less days prior the client's arrival date we offer no refund whatsoever. Bookings with unpaid upfront amount (usually 20%) will be automatically cancelled after 5 days of non payment.
